The latest news

I am very pleased to announce that my relocation is now complete! The last few weeks have been very busy and I can't thank everyone enough for their patience. I have the best clients EVER!

KC Expression is very happy to now offer photo books. I recently got to see the finished product and I am very pleased with them. They are great for weddings and special events. Photo books are available for all new and older KC Expression sessions.

It was cold during their session so our biggest focus was staying warm. You'd be amazed at how many different angles you can get from the same pose. I was cracking up while running all around them shooting different angles of the two of them huddled together staying warm. :) What a fun day! Thank you!

The meaning of "Success"

I'm sure nearly everyone has their own idea of exactly what success is. While working on a recent baby shower I came across an image that made me realize what success was to me. This particular family have been clients of mine for a few months now. I adore each and every one of them. I always feel like I'm part of the family at the events I photograph. I'm not just there with a camera in hand. I'm playing games and raving about how great the cake is!!! The best part of all is the traditional photo I have taken with them. So for some success is measured by the amount high tech gear they have or the amount of money they have made. I feel successful every time I open an e-mail that begins with "Kim we need you AGAIN" :) A big hug and thank you to all the families who let me share in their lives. This pic is for you Pops!!

Updates and Information

First I want to say "thank you" to everyone for their patience. I am still working on several galleries and I hope to be finished soon!

London sessions have been moved from October 4th to November 2nd. I will be spending the weekend to allow enough time for the different locations. This will be so much fun! Little Mister Seth will be turning one that week. I have been photographing this little guy since his birth. I am so excited to spend the weekend capturing those special birthday photos!

I am relocation and this will take up most of my free time in October. I want to reassure everyone that my relocation will NOT effect the areas I cover. I will no longer offer the studio in Bullitt County but I have a new studio in the works and I'm extremely EXCITED. I'm hoping for a spring 2009 completion but nothing has be finalized yet! I'll be sure to keep everyone posted.

It looks like the HMS cheerleader shoot will be October 17th. We still have time to play with the date a little. I want to make sure this works for everyone's schedule. I also want to thank everyone for choosing me as your photographer again this year! I'm looking forward to it.
